PCI is concentrating on litigation leveraging its vast domestic and international monomer and polymer industry experience to enable my client achieve a successful outcome in its litigation. 

The focused client base is companies that purchase polymers to produce compounds and/or products for various markets (e.g., automotive, consumer, industrial, medical, etc.) using various processing techniques (e. g., blow molding, film, injection molding, rotomolding, etc.). ’

Litigation experience includes anti-trust (mergers and acquisitions), bankruptcy, intellectual property, supply contract disputes, insurance claims, non-payment, and product liability.

 PCI will not participate in any litigation against its current or former clients.
